Lodge Booking & Cancellation Policy
For
Lodge stays of up to 4 nights
, full payment is due on arrival at the Resort, and free cancellation is available up until 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellation within 72 hours will result in a charge equal to the first nights stay.
For Lodge stays of 5 nights or more,
20% non-refundable deposit
is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on arrival at the Resort. Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit, and cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur loss of deposit plus a charge equal to the first nights stay.
Group / Multiple Lodge Bookings
For group reservations (3 or more Lodges) a
20% non-refundable deposit
is required at time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on arrival at the Resort. Cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit, and cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will incur loss of deposit plus a charge equal to the first nights stay. I’m staying in the lodges, can I visit the Castle?
Guests of the lodges may visit the Castle, including for
dining
, once there are no private events
being held. If visiting the Castle is essential for you, we recommend you book a room in the Castle hotel itself to avoid disappointment.
I’m staying in the lodges, can I have breakfast at the Castle?
Guests of the
self catering lodges
may avail of breakfast in the Castle at an added cost, subject to availability. Please contact reception prior to booking.
I’m staying in the lodges, do I need to bring towels?
No, the Lodges are fully equipped and towels are provided. Additional linen and towels are available if required, at an additional charge.
Are the self catering Lodges wheelchair friendly?
We have a small number of lodges which may be suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility, and feature no steps, a downstairs bedroom with wet room including grab rails at toilet, shower seat and rails. Please
contact reception
prior to booking to ensure availability.
What is provided in the self catering lodges?
The Lodges are fully equipped, including fridge/freezer, kettle, washing machine & dryer, cooker, pots, pans, tableware, iron & ironing board, hairdryer, towels, TV, WiFi etc. We also provide a small starter kit including some teabags, coffee sachets and UHT milk. Please note, the starter kit will not be sufficient for the duration of your stay and we recommend bring your own tea/coffee/milk etc.

Are the Lodges pet friendly? Can I bring my dog to the Lodges?
Yes, we have a number of Lodges which are pet friendly. These are subject to an additional pet cleaning fee, please contact reception for more information. Please note all dogs must strictly be kept on a leash at all times while on the Island.
